If you haven't already, flush the eyes with cool tap water as soon as possible. The ciprodex may cause some temporary irritation, but I don't think it is anything to get too worried about.
I am not a doctor, so I would give your doctor a quick call to see if he or she has any advice, since it is always good to be careful with a child.
