always keep an up to date med and doctors list in your wallet for such an emergency, also i think you can keep that info in your cell phone. i'm of that aarp age and i just saw a phone advertised for that purpose in the aarp magazine it did alot of other things to but i know it kept medical info maybe your to young for that kind of phone but someone reading this may check out the phone and it may save their life who knows.missy
