Norflex (orphenadrine) Orphenadrine is a muscle relaxant. It works by blocking nerve impulses (or pain sensations) that are sent to your brain.

Orphenadrine is used together with rest and physical therapy to treat skeletal muscle conditions such as pain or injury.
