What exists as holistic, natural to heal tardive dystonia of the tongue?

I did not find anything holistic. But in 1984 in JAMA it was suggested that the use of metoclopramide hydrochloride.
But more recently 2000 they say there is no cure.

When these drugs are used long term, tardive dyskinesia (TD) can result. About 20 percent of people taking antipsychotic drugs for more then one year become affected by TD. The prevalence of TD tends to be highest among elderly patients and among women."

Abstract

Five patients with tardive dyskinesia (average age, 64 years) were treated with a central dopamine blocking agent, metoclopramide hydrochloride. The duration of symptoms ranged from four to 30 months. A pretreatment disability score was graded (0 to 4) for buccolingual, extremity, and truncal movements and for duration of tongue protrusion. A 59% improvement was achieved in total disability scores. Tongue protrusion demonstrated the most noticeable improvement. The average daily dosage ranged from a minimum of 20 mg to a maximum of 80 mg given in divided doses. Duration of follow-up ranged from three to eight months. Preliminary data suggest that metoclopramide may be effective in the treatment of tardive dyskinesia.

"Conclusions: After four decades of clinical recognition, the pathophysiology of TD is still not understood and no effective treatment is available. Its prevention with the optimal usage of currently available drugs and regular monitoring of patients on long-term neuroleptic treatment remain the best strategies to reduce its impact."
