What dosage of Verapamil relates to Dynacirc CR 10MG?

I have researched but can't seem to find a conversion between Verapamil and Dynacirc CR (Isradipine).

I did manage to find this table but is of no use as it doesn't have verapamil. Please see page 5 of link.
