What does this mean when it says long term or repeated use of azithromycn can cause a 2nd infection?

im taking zithromax for infection after a dental procedure i was so worried about the heart and brain infections you could get from dental work. and now i want to know about this question.

If Zithromax is taken too long it may cause secondary infection it means that bacteria become resistant and new infection can occur.
