I am taking percocets to plus opanas. But right now I have no Opanas in my system. When the doctor drug screens me can he tell i have no Opana in my system?

Yes, he will be able to tell if you have not been taking them and he will wonder why there are not any Opana in your system if you are supposed to be taking it daily. He may even suspect diversion if he is a very suspicious Dr. You will need to be honest with him as to why there are no Opana in your system, if you have taken more than the recommended dose, say. He may give you another chance but some Drs are very strict and he could, possibly, discharge you from his practice. Hopefully, he will be a little more lenient and will give you a second chance. You do not specify WHY you do not have any Opana so this advice is based on an assumption. Please do not take offense. I do not mean to be sounding judgemental, just stating possibilities. Percocet and Opana have different metabolites that will show up differently on a drug screen.
