Hyzaar 50 mg/12.5 mg -- which has 50 mg of losartan potassium and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide
Hyzaar 100 mg/12.5 mg -- which has 100 mg of losartan potassium and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide
Both meds target or are prescribed for high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. However, it is not a cure for high blood pressure. Hyzaar has not been approved for use in children.
