Hello Celeste Hall. As Rajive mentioned, Mirtazapine does not come in 100 mg pills. I currently am on mirtazapine. Two 45mg pills, and I do take them during the evening, because its a drug that tends to sedate people. Feel free to post again and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to Mirtazapine. (I am an avid booster of this drug) :0-) best of wishes.

Does smoking interact with mirtazapine and if so how?
