i found pink round piolls in my sons room he said they 7 miligram dbol theres no righting on them just round with a line on one side

Unfortunately Dinabol tablets do not by law require to have an imprint, and therefore could in theory come in any shape / color / size.
So it is not possible to identify a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the US are required by the FDA to have an imprint, it is what enables us to identify them.

The pills are small, round, and have a raised arrow on one side. What kind of pills are these?
