What cough medication can I take if I also take Paxil and Amlodipine?

There are so many different options for cough medicine that it is difficult to answer. You will want to stay away from the cough medicines that contain dextromethorphan due to the interaction with the Paxil. I recommend a medication that only contains guafenesin such as Mucinex (NOT Mucinex DM which contain dextromethorphan). Mucinex acts as an expectorant and helps get the mucus out of your lungs.
