Zofran is manufactured for GlaxoSmithKline. So, for instance, if you lived in England it would actually be manufactured at the Cardinal Health plant for GSK. I live in Canada & we have GSK plants here just like the U.S.A. I know there's another GSK plant located in Singapore.

There's also an oral solution available in addition to tablets.
