I been having my nerves in my toes for at least 15 years now and the pain dont go away my dr. Put me on neurontin 300mg today

I don't know what would be causing pinched nerves, your doc needs to do a specific test to find out why.
Neurontin may help with the pain, but it may take several days until you feel relief. Hang in there, your doc may raise the dose of this medication slowly, as well, so you don't have a bad reaction to it.
