When something comes up that worries me i get this extreme rush of adrenalin that doesn't go away until the problem goes away. I;m 54 now and i can deal with it some what better than i could when i was in my 20s. I almost shot myself a couple times back then. It's just so hard to live with it. It's very hard to explain because i don't understand it myself but i know it's not normal.

As well there are a number of medications you can use to help and can be taken only when your having an attack. I would talk to your doctor about it. This kind of anxiety can cause other health risk do to the anxiety and stress etc.
