What are the side effects of ranitidine, if I have kidney problems?

What sort of kidney problems do you have?

It says to monitor you closely and adjust the dosage if you have kidney problems (renal etc) side effects include dry mouth possibly back pain I think antacids need to be seperate by at least 30 minutes Dilantin and Coumadin are another two drugs to monitor for with use of this drug I want to give you enough information to help but at the same time (you too know) some of these have pages of adverse side effects and I just wanted to touch on some that instead of causing you great concern would be informative. although I haven't read the exact words that it causes harm to kidneys but then it has in a box to monitor/adjust dose accordingly to patients who have these problems I so hope I have been of help
