The VA wants to switch from Flunisolide to Fluticasone. Is that advisable for prolonged use? I have been taking Flunisolide for over two years with no "apparent" problem. Can I expect the same results with Fluticasone?

The problems would be same for both of them. And yes you can expect the same result with both. Sometimes however, one product works better than another for a person. If this is the case you could ask your doctor to change you back to flunisolide. But no harm in trying fluticasone.
