Missing 3-6 years of my life. Dilantin caused me to to lose years of my life while I was on it. I now after years get bites and flashes of those years. While I was on it I was just like you and I just kind of walked thru my life with out being a part of it or that is what it felt like. Family said I was like a zombie at times. I just remember feeling numb alot. I had to stop taking it because it just got worse.

i have taking dilantin since 1985 and i have seisures on and off in till 16 months ago i have the second stronges seisure of my live that i have to quit my job after 30 years. in the last 4 years i loss one of my douhters in the army since that my memory is not same now i have to see 4 diferents doctors on a monthly basis. i ting the dilantin is the problem but the doctors say is not in the last 16 months i lost my short memory but. i fell that time is not moving whend i read a book after the second page i not remember the first page.i told the doctors and the only ting they do is prescrive other medicine.before the last strong seisure i was taking 2 dilantin daily and now i have to take 9 diferents medicines. total of 23 pills.
