I have not been sick for over 3 1/2 years after taking Z-Pak. I have not had a cold, sniffle, sore throat, or any sickness which is unusual for me. All my life I've always had a cold or something.
What are the long-term side affects of taking Z-pak?

I had an upper respiratory infection/pneumonia. After 3 weeks of being sick, coughing all the time, and coughing up thick green mucus, I finally went to the doctor, and got the prescription Z-Pak. I took it as directed for the 5 days, and did not get any better. 3-4 days later I called the doctor, and then got another 5-day dose which did knock out the sickness fairly quickly. I am a healthy male, was 44 yrs old at the time, and have gained 30 lbs. since.
