I had no trouble at all taking that in fact my doctor said it was the safest option for not only my allergies but when i had a cold or something because obviously you cannot take cold medicine. I know its pretty confusing trying to decide whats safe and whats not but you are okay there are plenty of things and foods to worry about but if you need to breathe its okay it wont hurt you baby!

package says to store between 39 and 86 deg F. What would be the possible consequences if it became frozen for several hours during shipping?
