I am 26yr female. I recently found out that I have very high cholesterol and blood pressure. I am going tomorrow to see about tests for my arteries and veins. There is history of heart disease in my family. My mother passed away at age 42, my grandmother, my grandfather and an aunt also passed from this. I still have 2 aunts alive who had surgery due to this. How prepared should I be to have bad results? I'm worried and very scared.
What are my chances of clogged arteries, have high cholesterol & BP & heart disease in my family?
