We no longer have the carton. what to we do for sever burning?

I used this cream an hour ago and washing with cool water and soap doesn't get rid of it totally, but helps a little. What relieved my pain for a while was covering the affected area with a wet washcloth with some milk on it. It didn't go away completely either, but I remembered that drinking milk after eating peppers was helpful and this did help. It was so bad I couldn't even put clothing on it.
I will never use this stuff again.
