My son use to always get nosebleeds, they used silver nitrate to stop the bleeding and seal off the surface blood vessels in the nasal area. Also a deficiency in vitamin K and vitamin C can also be a factor. As far as some sort of "pill", to stop a nose bleed, I cannot think of any they would use. If it continues you should see your doctor. Many things can contribute to the nose bleeds, allergies, cigarette smoke, etc. I'm not sure if this helps, but if it continues I hope you look into it further. Good Luck
