Hi jesse, The main difference between the 5/500 and the 5/325 is the amount of acetametiphine in each pill. The 5 is how many milligrams of hydrocodone that is in each pill and the 500 is how many milligrams of acetametiphine,which is generic for tylenol,are in each pill. The same applies to the 5/325. Since they changed my Hydrocodone Acetaminophine from 7.5-500 to 7.5-325, I have to take more of them than I used to. They don't last as long ...
