Was is the difference between warfin and jantoven?

There is no difference, Jantoven is the brand name & Warfarin is the generic name.

Jantoven is not a brand name-it is also a generic just like Warfarin. Coumadin
is the brand name.

Coumadin -been taking for about a year and a half. doctor says I am too high risk to stop??
