do u hav to be clean 2 weeks before a vivitrol shot because i know opiates only last 2-3 days in youor system so i was wondering if i could take some like a week before my shot

You should not use narcotic drugs or alcohol while you are being treated with Vivitrol. Nor should you try to overcome the effects of Vivitrol by using large doses of narcotic drugs or alcohol. Doing so could result in dangerous effects, including coma and death.
