... I have gotten these very tiny red specks all over my arms and tops of my legs since I started this. They don't bother me, I just want to know if it is a side effect of this patch, I didn't have them until I had my TAH and started the HRT.

It is possible that your spots are a side-effect of the patch but it is not a very common side-effect.
You should show your doctor at your next visit.
