Hi,
Researching the low levels of this Vitamin, I am low (9) I do not want to take 50,000 iu every week for 3 months.
I have a lot of problems with drugs/vitamins, just want to know if one does not supplement does that cause death? For instance if the test goes to (o)?
Thanks for your help,

You won't necessarily die from Vitamin D deficiency, but vitamin D deficiency can lead to osteoporosis in adults or rickets in children.
Too much vitamin D can make the intestines absorb too much calcium. This may cause high levels of calcium in the blood. High blood calcium can lead to calcium deposits in soft tissues such as the heart and lungs. This can reduce their ability to function.
Kidney stones, vomiting, and muscle weakness may also occur if you have too much vitamin D.
