Try taking a sublingual, it dissolves under your tounge, this should avoid the issues of the stomach ache. I give myself the B12 shots for my deficency, if you use a 3ml syringe with a 25 gauge 1 inch needle you don't even feel it. Most doctors prescribe a larger needle that is really scary looking.

I have tried that and felt like I took speed, its the side effects that are bad for me the allergist said I have a hypersensitivty to some thing in the pill and has not seen this before.I am going to see if they can test me to see what I can take . I was hoping some one has had this or heard of it and may know what I can do. If I have it to the pill I most likely will have it with the shot ,unless they can desensitize me to it slowly. Thank you for your information.
