. After battling years of depression and living through every depression med and all there evil effects. I have finally crawled out of that dark scary black hole I was in. My question is can tramidol be taken when you are on viibryd. I do not want to leave this happy and hopeful life that viibryd has given me. Please if anyone has any info. Tell me every detail. I do not want to fall into that dark place again. I know there are people out there that can understand my question

Your so lucky. I also felt great. Better than I've ever felt. Then the dreams began. I was on it for about a month before the dreams. I'm pretty much thinking there is nothing for me. I've battled depression my whole life. Been on everything and some worked for a while, but none worked as good as the Viibryd. Just my luck... I'm happy for you, at least one less person is suffering because I know exactly where you were. I'm there right now and have no hope. I definately understand your question. Thanks...

I started on 10mg of Viibryd 20 days ago and my doc and I agreed to "go easy" and not just increase until I get settled and/or stabilized on the current dose. I also have Myalgia and at age 70 I'm thankful that's ALL I've got; my health is good and I'm a longtime veggie. Six days ago I got an attack (Myalgia) and the pain was just excruciating. So sure--I took a Tramadol. Someone had asked if it's OK to take Tramadol along with Viibryd--I wonder as well. Only doing some research, I'm getting the idea that rather than a flat "NO!" or a flat "YES!", the key phrase would seem to be take Tramadol only when needed, not as a matter of course. No one should have to suffer extreme physical pain. Add depression to that and you've got a recipe for not giving a damn if you live or die. I wouldn't wish that emotional space on anyone.
