I am taking Victoza and I am not hungry at all. but I am concerned because I always hear that if you do not eat enough food your blood sugar will rise to adjust for the lack of food. Is that true? Should I still be eating something even if I am not hungry? I want my numbers to go down.

You threw me for a loop the way you put that, but once I thought about it, yes its important for everyone to have a minimal amount of calories a day or your body will start using your body fat, and it will put you into metabolic acidoses, not something you want to do. Being on a diabetes med will stimulate that action. You've got to try to eat a reasonable amount daily.
