Yes, you can give HSV 2 to someone who gives your oral sex. Same thing if you have a cold sore- they could get infected with HSV 1.. but don't worry- 98% of the population already has HSV 1. You can kiss someone else who has HSV 2- I wouldn't after oral sex though.
