Using hydrocortisone on groin area and erections are longer and orgasm doesnt happen?

Check the specific product you're using for benzocaine or other numbing agents. It could be a factor in simply deadening your arousal nerve in the glans area. I'm presuming the problem isn't present when using the product, so you've associated the decrease in sexual function and satisfaction on the hydrocortizone. But frankly, I've never heard of a low-dose hydrocortizone product (that is solely hydrocortizone) having sexual side effects.
