My boxer will start today 2x per day per Vet expert in Cardio and dogs. Anyone out there know about its use in dogs.EKG on our dog showed the need. She is healthy otherwise but she is indeed 10 yrs. 3 months old.

I'm unfamiliar with Sotalol with dogs, however, I did have to use some "people" drugs like Prednisone as well as veterinarian drugs at the same time in my dog for a brain tumour. Later, I found out that the prednisone was cheaper at my own pharmacy than buying it at my vet's office. That may be a good question for you to ask: "Is it the same as the human dosage from my own pharmacy? Is it cheaper? Can I use that instead?" Also, one of my dog's drugs wasn't commonly used (even by my pharmacy) so it was a special order that took time before it reached me.
