Tylenol with codeine 3 - how do I stop taking this drug without the withdrawl symtoms?

The best way would be to wean off of it slowly. If you take 1 tablet every 6 hours or so, then take ½ tablet every 6 hours. Then ½ every 8 hours or so. By then you should know if you still need the drug or not. Then you could cut the dose to ½ tablet every 12 hours. Slowly decrease the amount you take a day once a week, maybe even less depending on how much you are already taking, and the withdrawal symptoms will be nonexistent to barely there at all.
