It's hard to say how much sedation it can cause ... the effects would be different for different people.

In terms of dosing it is okay for her age (over 12 years old can be classed as adults).

Tylenol PM has the same ingredient as Benedryl (diphenhydramine) and acetaminophen as in Tylenol, mixed together. 2 tabs would be appropriate for her, at her age, to take as Marvell said above. She may be a little sleepy in the morning. Some people feel a little residial drowsiness. She should be fine if she took 2 only.

MOOnpie, I have a question for you. Why did she take the tylenol PM? Is she having difficulties sleeping? If so, maybe she needs to be evaluated my her doctor. As the others said, she will be ok. And now that it's I see 17 hours later , I'm sure you know that!
