No. Tylenol arthritis caplets/gel tabs, coming in many different dosage amounts use the main ingredient of Acetaminophen but without the harmful effects and stomach upset associated with Asprin. These are not suppose to contain any asprin substance so you should be o.k... much regard blaze22

ALWAYS read labels folks. A lot of people don't understand that. As an example, Excedrin, real or generic has Aspirin, Tylenol, & caffein in it. They decided it was great for migrains ( & it helps) so on goes a new label, but it's still the same medicine in the bottle. Blaze22 is right on, but please people check your labels on these over the counter drugs! Luck, Mary63
I meant to add as an example that my hubby takes generic tylenol PM (bendryl) times 2 to help him sleep. That's 1000mg of tylenol at one time. Then I found out he bought a generic Pain Relief for Arthritis. It has 650mg of tylenol in each tab. I know he takes 2 of them at a time also. Too much tylenol day after day can cause liver damage, so please be careful. Mary63
