Details:
I have bronchitis - the doctor prescribed Tussionex - 1 tsp every 12 hours and Levaquin.
Took first dosage tonight at 10:00 pm (Levaquin) and Tussionex - 1 tsp. at 11:00 pm.
Woke suddenly with a sleep apnea kind of feeling - could not breathe from my mouth nor talk - got up and tried to call for help but could not talk - could this be obstructive windpipe or allergic reaction?

I have had a bad reaction (pain, etc.) from Levaquin a few weeks ago. I believe the breathing problem is listed on the possible side affects of this medication. If you are still having the breathing problems, and your doctor cannot help you, please contact me re info that might be of help. A pharmacist told me that Levaquinn is a progressive medication that continues to affect people for up to one year. C.E.
