Trileptal works great for me.Have been ordering for years from vendors in USA. I live near Boston and am now on Medicare. Trileptal is very expensive here now. I can get name brand Trileptal from Canada. The vendor there says their Trileptal comes from Turkey. Can anyone comment on quality of name brand Trileptal manufactured outside USA or Canada. I use 600mg tablets.

There may be some oddities in manufacturing that make a foreign generic form of Trileptal react a bit differently than the brand name version, but usually not by much.
Canadian pharmacy and drug standards are every bit as good those in the US.
If this is a legitimate Canadian pharmacy and not some place that is peddling painkillers and Viagra, you should be fine. There are buses that run from Boston to Montreal daily filled with senior citizens trying to catch a break from Big Pharma gouging Americans.
