It shouldn't have a negative effect. If your body is by any chance low in vitamins, then taking a multivitamin with iron, will just boost your well being and perhaps give you more energy, etc.
However, if your thyroid hormone levels are ow then you need to take that as well because just taking TriHEMIC will not boost your thyroid hormones, which are extremely important for other body systems.

Caltrate 600 with D - I am taking osteo bi flex with and centrum is it ok to also take caltrate 600?
Will it be ok to take caltrate while i am taking centrum and osteo-biflex daily... i am 48 yrs and have muscle aches

If my daughter is taking 1600 mgs a day (or 3 doses of 600, 400 and 600) should she be able to go to 2 doses of 800mgs for a the same cumulative ...

I have been diagnosed with Celiac disease. I take 2 Caltrate 600 per day. Is there gluten in Caltrate?
