It shouldn't have a negative effect. If your body is by any chance low in vitamins, then taking a multivitamin with iron, will just boost your well being and perhaps give you more energy, etc.
However, if your thyroid hormone levels are ow then you need to take that as well because just taking TriHEMIC will not boost your thyroid hormones, which are extremely important for other body systems.

make a formulation the same as Entex LA is 600/120.. Mucinex makes the version that is 120/60 I think and 1200/120, I have no idea in the world why ...

I have been diagnosed with Celiac disease. I take 2 Caltrate 600 per day. Is there gluten in Caltrate?
