I really don't think so. Call the doctor or a pharmacist, but, they use a couple of different meds in Plan B and it is a high dose of birth control. I don't see how 2 pills could equal that. If you choose to go with Plan B, definitely talk to the pharmacist if you already took the 2 tri sprintecs.
