Tri-Sprintec - after the first use, how long should I wait before having sex, just to be on the saf?

i belive having safe sex for the first month then u should b safe but the doctor would hav better advice thats my opion sandyrox8

ok i have read on the back of the paper that the doctors put in the pack when you get it from the drug store the paper said that if you take the active pill during your period you are protected and if you wait until after your period you take the pill for 7 days then you are protected but until the 7 days are up you need to use another type of contraceptive for birth control as in condoms or foam but it said as long as the pill is taken for 7 days before you have unprotected sex you are protected
