I'm sorry but you really need to discuss this with your oncologist. They know the treatment protocols for different forms of cancer, with a particular medicine.
I don't think anyone here can answer this, even if they did specialize in that field. Your oncologist knows your medical history and the stage of cancer you had, so only they can give you answers about prognosis as well.
