Yes Willham, I've (diabetic) peripheral neuropathy in both feet, and it's just started in my hands. The feet get very painful, and also feel like a bad case of sunburn, sometimes they are so sore that I can't walk. There are many causes of Peripheral Neuropathy, but the condition is caused when the myelin sheath that encases and protects the nerve ends gets eroded away, exposing the nerves. In my case it was the excess blood glucose that did the damage, but I don't know enough about Wilson's Disease, so I'll do google on it. All the best, rustypete
