I am very sure that trazodone will show up in a drug test.
Trazodone is an antidepressant medication. It is thought to increase the activity of one of the brain chemicals (serotonin) which may become unbalanced and cause depression.
Trazodone is used to treat depression. It may also be used for relief of anxiety disorders (eg, sleeplessness, tension) and chronic pain.

YES, trazadone or desyrel WILL show up in Urine tests within 3 days. Trazadone is broken down hepatically and voided from the body 80% bowel movement and 20% urine. HOWEVER, it is one of the drugs they routinely scan for as it is an anti depressant and sleep inducement, also used for panic attacks, so as a mood altering drug that has been on the market since the 60's, many doctors are returning to it for use with Chronic pain as a new study was released in the 90's showing chronic pain is one of the main reasons the brain develops chemical changes and is more "depressed" as pain tolerance is built over time. More doctors are writing for it lately than used to.
