Yes, I just completed a 6 months regimen of Topotecan for my small cell lung cancer which had spread to my liver. My last 2 CT scans show everything is stable and no new growth. I am scheduled for my hopefully last CT scan tomorrow 4/30th to maybe begin a life for awhile without growing cancers. The Topotecan was mild compared to an earlier treatment of Cisplatin . The only problem with Topotecan, it affected my bloodcells. I had 3 transfusions during the 6 months of chemo. Whew!!
