Took 2 butalbital for severe migraine about 2 hours ago its not gone yet.can I take a third?

You should take your meds according to the bottle, but what I find useful is calling a pharmacy and talking w/the pharmacist also as they know what other meds you are on etc...

I do not think a third pill would hurt (not medical advice mind you) but on the other hand if two didn't kick the migraine, you may want to look into something like Imitrex, Maxalt, ect..

I hope you get pain relief, I get migraines also, sometimes the butalbital works, sometimes not.. then I take the Imitrex.. Good luck!
