i suffer from headache since i was 8 years old,a chronic headache in the forhead everyday,now i am 33 years old and beleive each days from the 8 years old till now 33 and i suffer from this headache.
i have tried topamax and cymbalta and thryptizol and indocid and fluocim and i did many sinus analyses and i didnot get any result.
from 3 weeks i started to take tizanidine 12mg each day and till now no result,can anybody help me how many time i should take this medicine?

Thank you for ur answer,do you think there is a treatment for the tension headache?or only i should change my lifestyle and some Ibuprofene and calmant?By the way i did also one botox siringue and also no result.maybe the tizanidine is my last chance.
