Is it a topical infection or vaginal?
If it's not vaginal then it's fine and it is recommended that you use the antifungal for at least 2 weeks after the infection has cleared.
If you have a vaginal yeast infection and it hasn't cleared after 2 treatments then I would suggest you see your doctor.
