What is 1st aid treatment after taking Triprolidine & pseudoephedrine and getting above chronic reaction?
Throat, neck, tongue swells and protrudes and heavy salivation and difficult breathing?

This is a 16year old recovering Heroin and opiate addict who has been clean of these drugs for 6 months.
He also still uses a mixture of tobacco and what is called Paan here in the middle east, similar to chewing tobacco except it is not chewed but kept under the lips for a while to soak in the drugs from the mixture. This induces a 'mild high' similar to Qat as used in Yemen.

Sorry this question wasn't answered earlier. These are symptoms of a severe allergic reaction and medical help should be seeked immediately. Do not take Tripolidine and pseudoephedrine again!
