Will this side effect pass? The worst of the sleepiness is in the first 8 hours. If I switched to a PM dose might this help, as the sleepy phase would occur when I am naturally asleep?
This is just mt 3rd day on Naltrexone. It makes me extremely sleepy?

I switched to taking it at bed time. I now don't have the sleepiness during the day. I think it is a result of taking it at bedtime and starting to get used to the drug.
